About the Founder

Jason (Lim) graduated from National University of Singapore (NUS) School of Design and Environment with a Honors Degree in Real Estate. Prior to 5AM.SG, he spent 15 years with some of Singapore's largest Property Developers. His last corporate role was Head of Residential Marketing at listed property group, Singapore Land Group.

Jason is a strong believer that Real Estate is a MUST HAVE asset class in building wealth. Using 5AM.SG as a platform, he aims to use his in-depth professional training and experience to help guide every individual in building wealth, one property at a time. Jason wishes to empower his clients with the right knowledge to have confidence in achieving their own aspirations with a customised asset progression plan.
